Sales & Marketing Executives

Responsibilities:

 Maintain existing sales account. 
 Develop new customers and new market segments.
 Collaboration in planning, developing, implementing sales strategies & sales activities.
 Monitor the progress of the sales account i.e. collection, purchase.
 To attend and follow-up on customer's enquiries, plan daily appointment with customers.

Requirements:

 Possess Diploma or Degree in IT/Marketing/Business Management/Education.
 Self-motivated and able to work independently.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in BM, Eng & Mandarin.
 Knowledge in basic computing, software applications, network overview will be an added   
    advantage.
 Graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and web application tools
    like Flash, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX and Dreamweaver, knowledge in PHP programming will be
    plus.
 Possess own transport with valid driving license.
 At least One year working experience in the related industry.
 Able to start work immediately is a plus.

IT Support Executives

Responsibilities:

 Provide support service to users of software applications by way of training, trouble-shooting; 
    attend to user requests for additional functions, create new reports, software application
    changes and users operation guide documentation. Also provide support service to computer
    hardware by way of training, trouble-shooting and co-ordinate in maintenance and repair
    services.
 Maintenance of company's software applications and actively working on improving the
    existing systems.
 Installation of Linux and Windows server.
 Write, complie and produce systems/software documentation on relevant tasks and projects 
    assigned.
 Provide technical recommendation & pre-sales support to customers.

Requirements:

 Diploma in computer engineering/computer science or equivalent qualification.
 Well versed in networking, software/hardware installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
 Strong technical support skills, ability to work independently.
 Skills in Antivirus, Firewall, Back-Up and Networking.
 A team player, possess good analytical, interpersonal, in-dependent, problem solving and
    communication skills.
