A) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE / SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales & marketing activities
To develop and manage new business opportunities
To manage designated customer’s accounts based on our products, solutions and services
To handle training for end users / resellers base
To prepare all necessary documents pertaining to sales of products and services
To maintain good presentation skills and communication skills to all levels of customers
To meet goals / targets set by the company
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degreen IT / Computer Science / Education / STEM or related fields in Sales
Basic knowledge and skills in IT
Work experience in STEM Field is a plus
Flexible to travel outstation as and when required
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English / Bahasa Malaysia
Possessing own transport with valid driving license
B) SALES ENGINEER
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Attend to new opportunities and bidding activities including solution architecting, preparation of BOM, liaising with partners/principals on technical aspects, solution verifications, proposal write-ups, customer presentations, clarifications and other related activities
Provide technical recommendations & pre-sales support to customers
Write, compile and produce systems / software documentation on relevant tasks and projects assigned
Design, create, and deliver contents that will enable the organization to sell, service, and support solutions
Guide customers through successful demos and/or proofs of concepts
Networking configuration and network problem solving
Job Requirement:
Malaysian
Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Have experience in operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure (including server, storage, database, network). Experience in enterprise-level application architecture design or cloud service integration implementation is a plus
Strong technical support skills and ability to work independently
A team player, possesses good analytical, interpersonal, independent, problem solving and communication skills
C) SALES EXECUTIVE - IT
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at educational institutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
Prepare and present customized proposals.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Com, IT, or related field.
1-2 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in the education sector is an advantage.
