Job Description

We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive expand market presence for our SWIPE Hybrid Meeting Room Solution and AI Smart Classroom Solutions. This role focuses on corporate clients, B2B and education institutions.

Requirements

  • Diploma /Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field
  • Fresh graduates or 0-1 year sales experience are welcomed
  • Interest in AI / EdTech / IT solutions
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Target-driven attitude

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in promoting and selling SWIPE products to corporate clients, schools and universities
  • Follow up on sales leads from marketing activities and exhibitions
  • Arrange customer meeting and product demonstrations
  • Prepare quotations and basic proposals
  • Update CRM and sales reports
  • Achieve entry-middle level sales targets

3. Account cum Admin Executive

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a relevant certificate in Accounting, Business studies, Private secretarial or equivalent
  • Command of written & spoken English and Malay
  • Able to handle basic full set of accounts
  • Good knowledge of MS Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to start work immediately

Responsibilities

  • Mainly responsible handling company’s account using Autocount system
  • Manage full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable and month-end/year-end closing
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
  • Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow and ensure accuracy in treasury management
  • Handling general administrative duties
  • Able to attend all the customer’s sales orders and invoices
  • To assist in stock inventory related and reports compilation
  • Generate financial reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly

4. IT Technician

Qualification

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on IT Technician to support installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT, electrical wiring and audio-visual (AV) systems. The successful candidate will be involved in on-site deployment projects, particularly for education, corporate and training environments.

  • Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronic / Electrical or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring, structured cabling and safety practices
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint and graphical software)
  • Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and design skills
  • Willing to travel and perform on-site work
  • Technical knowledge and experience in Switches, Router and Firewall will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform Electrical wiring, cabling and power setup for IT and AV equipment
  • Install, configure and test audio-visual systems (e.g. displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, interactive panels)
  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting skills
  • Assist in the installation, testing and commissioning of new systems and equipment
  • Provide technical support and advice to client
  • Supports sales team for product demonstration, training, POC
  • Must be result-oriented and able to work extra hours to meet deadlines
