The network system of Chong Hwa Independent High School was previously reported as slow and unstable, due to obsolete and complex equipment. This creates challenges for teachers to conduct lessons effectively and seamlessly. Recognizing the importance of a robust network to support its academic operations, the school recently completed a comprehensive network deployment project. For a period of two months, E-One Technology systematically undertook a comprehensive overhaul of the school’s network infrastructure. We redesigned the infrastructure, reconfigured the network fiber across the 5 main blocks of the school and upgraded the wireless access point to ensure better performance and coverage. We have streamlined the network system of the school, with standardized brand of switches (Planet) allocated strategically between the blocks. In addition, we upgraded the network routers from 1GB to 10GB, significantly enhancing data transmission speed and capacity.
After the completion of the setup, we have run a rigorous user acceptance test (UAT) to make sure the internet speed met and exceeded the expectation of the end-users. Beyond the deployment, we also provide after-sales service and responsive support to address any network-related inquiries.
