SWIPEBOARD HYBRID IS USED BY USIM TO MEET THE OBJECTIVE OF SMART UNIVERSITY BLUEPRINT
The Blueprint (Al-Jamiah Al-Mubarkah) which encompasses 2018-2025 is led by the CIO of the university, YBhg.Prof.Madya Ts. Madihah Saudi as the project manager. There are 13 initiatives which will be led by the respective Head of Departments to carry out relevant programs to achieve its goals.
About the Hybrid Learning
Hybrid learning is an educational model where some students attend class in-person, while others join the class virtually from home. Educators teach remote and in-person students at the same-time using tools like video conferencing hardware and software.
For USIM, after testing many products and solutions, they have adopted SWIPE Smart Classroom solution as the best alternative. This is due to the fact of SWIPE has been an established brand in the market that have already build up good reputation based on its useability and reliability.

SWIPEBoard Hybrid uses infrared touch technology to track teacher’s hand writing on the whiteboard and turn the content directly into digital content. Teacher can exhibit the teaching process via built in webcam of the computer or connect to camera. It is very suitable for online learning.
